This ABCD test channel supports cleaner four-lane comparison in the current runtime: the local backend creates four independent Codex sessions, dispatches neutral development prompts, and lets the collector read thread tokens, timing artifacts, and agent topology; workers do not need to know they are participating in a test.

Build a production-style local full-stack application with the same functional result in every lane. Include a data model, backend API, frontend UI, dynamic interaction, validation, error states, and a local run guide. Keep the implementation dependency-light, runnable from this repository, and include a concise final handoff with changed files, run commands, tests, and known limits. Do not describe comparison framing to the worker session.

Acceptance focus:
Accepted means the app can run locally, the frontend and backend are both present, the user-facing result matches the frozen request, errors are handled, and the final handoff identifies exact commands and evidence. A faster lane still loses if the delivered product is not accepted.

Final handoff requirement:
When finished, write a concise final answer and, if you can create files in the workspace, include RUN_TIMES.json, ARTIFACTS.json, PEER_LEDGER.json, and team_main_final.md with timestamps, commands, evidence, peer decisions, and known limits.
