Every strategic loop points to the next version.

Deep Thought is written after a Frontier Radar intelligence round and GPT Pro reasoning dialogue. The highest-priority signals are version updates and release notes from GPT, Codex, Claude Code, Cursor, Grok, OpenClaw, and comparable agent products.

Each record asks what new agent capability became productized, then maps that change to SISAGA architecture, roadmap, next /goal, spark.md, update.md, tests, benchmarks, gates, and evidence.
